Copper : Failing at Resistance

• Weekly : Current rally has run into lots of overhead resistance, eg 394, 399, etc. High tonight 395.80.
• FOMC minutes : only a "couple" of members now think need for further easing if economy lose momentum vs a "few" 2 months earlier. "No need to ease anew unless growth slows". QE3 prospects diminished somewhat.
• Initiated new short in HGK2 at 392. Stop close above 400.
• These levels look like range top of consolidation of a downtrend.
