- As discussed earlier, potential evening star (3 candles to complete) in the making.
- Usual dilemma - 1. wait for Friday close to confirm before acting, by which this time it could be miles lower and painful to sell, or 2. go early and run risk of non-confirmation.
- Chose option 2. Sold at 1.3870 last night. Less than 1 hour later it was at 1.3990. Sigh. Very humbling.
- Book turned to Risk Off VaR = 2x Risk On VaR. Could be a big mistake. Trying to be too clever for my own good.
- On sideline now, just watching to see if new stance will work by this week's close. If not, flip back to pro-QE2.
