梅艷芳 Anita Mui : 似水流年
First listened to this song in 1985(?). Just found out that the music was composed by Kitaro. Anyone knows if there is a version performed by Kitaro and the title? Shades of Pechelbel's Canon here. Magical.
Here's a decent arrangement for a classical guitar solo. Just at the level of my technical competence.

Many thanks!
Now that I have listened to the original track, I think Anita Mui, Leslie Cheung, Paula Tsui did not let Kitaro down.
I used to marvel at the frenetic pace by which the Hong Kong music industry managed to churn out beautiful melodies but found out many of these songs were in fact 'borrowed' from Japan etc.
eg. Jacky Cheung sang Cantonese version of songs by Hideaki Tokunaga during the 80's and 90's
Kitaro is one of my favorites: been listening to him for over 15 years...beautiful music
Until now, the only Kitaro song I know is the Theme from Silk Road and only because it was featured in a documentary I watched. Missing out big time.
http://listen.grooveshark.com/ - type "kitaro" in the search box should get you started for now !!
