- Weekly : Below 9395 = New leg of downtrend starts.
- Average in-rate here = Short SSIU0 @ 9843. Not planning to add on given overall book is relatively committed to Risk Off (8% EAR) already. Today's low 9398. Break down looks imminent.

Sorry. Its just simply the 50%-62% Fibonacci retracement of a move. Dennis Gartman often calls it "the Box" in his daily newsletter.
